NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve your room and spot.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than February 15, 2025.

SINGLE BED VS SHARED

Single bed is for one person whereas shared bed means two people share a bed.

We encourage you to bring a friend and share a bed to take advantage of the lower shared rate.

TRANSPORTATION

Retreat pricing does not include transportation.

Opportunities for carpooling from San Diego or shuttle to/from Flagstaff or Phoenix Airport can be facilitated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We realize that things happen that are out of your control. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

If we can successfully find someone to take your place, we will refund your payment minus a $100 booking fee.
